I love working at the Plaza Hotel! Whenever I go up the elevator to the reception area I get butterflies in my stomach. I don’t know if its because it was my dream to work there , or because I keep thinking I’m going to see Kate Hudson & Anne Hathaway competing for the best wedding.

I was so excited to design this display. The bride grew up in the Plaza and many people called her Eloise. So she thought an Eloise @ The Plaza dessert table would really make her guests smile.

I loved how the desserts came out. They looked elegant and not juvenile. The candy combination was perfect too! I used little Eloise details as in the sign, and on the cookies. How cute are the pink bows on the mini cupcakes.

The candy buffet table had an amazing centerpiece of all white roses. It made the treats look even more desirable.

Flowers were done by Belle Fleur in N.Y.C.
